PT/boxing sessions with David Ly will resume on the Wednesday the 24th of January @ 6pm.
Below is some information regarding the sessions for those who haven’t already participated previously.
The circuit boxing sessions are for members only with just a cost of $8 per training session, on every Wednesday starting 6pm at the Club.
Sessions will be based on a 45 mins Boxing/ Strength Functional program, so a mixture of boxing and strength exercise activities that will increase your cardio, general strength, core-abdominal and body toning.
The training session caters for all levels of fitness, as there are plenty of modify exercises that you can alternately do due to past and present injuries. You don’t need to have done boxing in the past.
1st visit is for free, so come on down and give it ago!
Since early 2013, Top Boxing has been coaching and personal training local Hobsons Bay residents at Williamstown’s Boutique Fitness Gym. Training in a professional style boxing fitness program as well as 1:1 Personal Training focusing on functional Core strength training sessions and weight – loss training programs.
David of Top Boxing has been a personal trainer for the last 10 years and has been coaching and competing in amateur level boxing bouts, sparring and training for over 8 years. With that he has gained understanding, patience and enjoyment in teaching the “sweet science” of boxing for ALL ages and fitness levels.
